Acne – a skin condition nobody really wants but almost everyone gets at one point in their lives. How to say sayonara forever? Unfortunately, this is the challenge.

At present, there remains no surefire way to get rid of acne. While there are many remedies in the market that claim to zap your zit problems away in a heartbeat, their effects differ from person to person. If you have mild acne, over the counter remedies could work well with you. But if you have a severe face issue, you might want to consult a dermatologist directly. Either way, you will have to spend on medication.

If your acne is not as bad and you feel that you can muster home remedy trial and error, here are some of the acne remedies most people swear by: (But, hey, always keep in mind that different strokes respond to different folks, so these are definitely NOT carved in stone.)

1) Squeeze the juice out of a lemon and mix it with the same amount of rose water. Dab the mixture onto your face and let it sit there for at least 30 minutes, after which youll need to wash your face with fresh water. Do this for 15 consecutive days and youll see that your pimples and acne have noticeably reduced and the scars have started to fade.

2) Use Nettle Tea. Nettle tea contains some curing element that works its magic on basic skin problems. Four cups a day should do the trick.

3) For those annoying acne lesions, try applying aloe vera extract to you face twice a day.

4) Toothpaste can also be a great instant acne remedy. Dab a little on your zit before going to bed and your pimple should be noticeably smaller when you wake up. Just make sure you use the paste, and not the gel, formula.

5) One of the more popular acne home remedies is fresh mint juice. Apply it all over your face and let it stay there overnight.

6) Heres a smelly acne home remedy: crushed garlic cloves. Dab them on your face once or twice a day.

7) Honey with cinnamon power. Mix up a paste using one teaspon of cinnamon power and 3 tablespoons of honey. Put it on your face before you go to bed and rinse it off as soon as you wake up using warm water. Two weeks of doing this will help make your pimples go away for a considerable period (or, if youre lucky, forever!).

8) Wash your face clean with water and then dab your pimples with cotton balls that have been previously soaked in vinegar.

9) To thoroughly cleanse your face and pores, use either an almond or oatmeal mask. Mis either with rose water, enough to turn it into a paste and spread on your skin, paying special attention to your problem areas. Let them stay and dry for around 15 minutes and then rinse them off with cold water. This will help you get rid of those annoying blackheads and whiteheads.

10) Mash tomatoes to a pulp and apply them on your pimples and acne. Leave them on for about one hour and then wash them off.

There are many more acne home remedies around, and if youre creative and resourceful, you might even be able to conjure one up yourself. When working with home acne remedies, though, always keep in mind that its still always best to consult a professional about your skin problems. Because when all else fails, youll definitely be forced to see a dermatologist (and you might end up paying more).

But, hey, if it works for you, then, by all means, keep doing it.

A toenail fungus infection is a thing that happens to many people every day all over the world. The toenail fungus survives in damp and wet environments. About half of the people who are infected with toenail fungus have mild pain and discomfort in addition to other symptoms. Thankfully there are plenty of remedies you can use from your own home to cure this infection.

Vicks Vapor Rub is a fantastic way to get rid of toenail fungus, assuming your infection is not too severe. Just soak your feet in the vapor rub every single day for about 30 minutes until you see the infection begin to clear up. If you have a bad infection you should consider using a different home remedy, one that will really attack the fungus.

One of those more aggressive home remedies is regular old beer. Beer is extremely well known for fighting a toenail fungus infection. Just like the Vick’s Vapor Rub, every day you need to pour a beer into a bucket (or big bowl) and let your feet soak for about half an hour every day. If you can do this twice a day that would be ideal, but once a day should be sufficient. There are no known side-effects to using beer as a remedy for toenail fungus, but at the same time there’s no way to guarantee this method will work because this has not been proven medically.

Listerine mouth wash contains antiseptics known as Thymol that are brilliant in killing bacteria. Thymol has been studied a lot in the past decade and has been proven to fight fungal infections very well. Thymol isn’t something that most home remedies contain, so if you haven’t had much success with other home remedies, Listerine should be high on your list of things to try next. You probably have some in your bathroom right now.

Apple cider vinegar is talked about a lot in circles of people who love natural home cures. It has been proven to be one of the most effective home remedies to get rid of a fungus infection, and it also has the amazing ability to halt the spread of the fungus infection in the future. Apple cider vinegar is used on people with bad acne because the vinegar will kill all types of bacteria, and this includes toenail fungus. For a total knockout, use apple cider vinegar with hydrogen peroxide.

When you use apple cider vinegar there are some precautions you need to take. Always dilute the formula with water, if you put un-diluted apple cider vinegar on your skin it can cause irritation and even burns, so use caution with this effective method. Only keep the diluted vinegar on your toes for a few minutes, and then wash it with cold water right away. In just a few weeks you will begin seeing amazing results.

Using hydrogen peroxide by itself is one of the easiest ways to get rid of a toenail fungus infection. You can get hydrogen peroxide in almost any grocery store or local drug store. Every morning and every evening, let your goes soak in a small bowl of hydrogen peroxide for about 30 minutes. If an un-diluted solution is too intense for you, feel free to dilute it a little bit with some water.

Now you would possibly like to know which cure is most safe and a lot efficient, which is a good question. You can locate this advice on the link below this text.
