If you take a few moments to read this article, you will learn about some of the foods for healthy skin, as well as those that you should avoid. Actually, if you memorize a short list of “bad” dietary choices, you won’t have anything to worry about. The human body needs fuel, in the form of calories, but it cannot survive on calories, alone. It needs nutrients; vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids and trace antioxidants, although exactly how much of the trace nutrients the body needs is, as yet, unclear. There are three basic sources of calories, which must be present in a daily diet. They are carbohydrates, fats and protein. Under each of those basic categories, there are bad, good, better and best choices. For example, one of the best protein sources is Wild Pacific salmon. It is a “complete” protein, meaning it provides all of the essential amino acids and each serving provides the current minimum daily requirement for omega-3 fatty acids, which are the best kinds of fats to include in your diet. When it comes to a carbohydrate it could be food for healthy skin or it could contribute to acne and cause wrinkles. The two types of carbohydrates are simple (bad) and complex (good). Simple carbohydrates include most “white” foods. White or polished rice, white or processed flour, white bread, Irish or white potatoes, white sugar and dishes that contain those items, such as mashed potatoes and gravy, chocolate cake and most other baked goods are simple carbohydrates. Many of them are referred to as “junk”, because they are high in calories, but very low in nutritional value. They are NOT the right foods for healthy skin. Good carbohydrates are fruits, vegetables and whole grains, like oatmeal, brown or wild rice. Many people are still confused about grains, because they were taught that bread is a grain. While it is a grain product, it is not a whole grain. The USDA recommends three servings of “whole” grains, every day. Multi-colored fruits, vegetables, teas and other plant-foods contain antioxidants and other unique compounds that help prevent sun damage and general skin-aging. Some of them may repair damage, too. Avocados, for example, contain phytosterols that have been shown to reverse age spots, but only when applied directly. Other nutrients and plant extracts are beneficial when applied directly, too. So, in addition to eating food for healthy skin, you should also choose nutrient-rich skincare products. In other words, feed your face. Studies have shown that the antioxidant coenzyme Q10 and the protein keratin are particularly beneficial. Grape seed oil provides vitamin E and essential fatty acids that prevent moisture loss and help heal injuries. The list of ingredients in your skincare products should look something like a health supplement. If you see ingredients like ethylene oxide, ethanol or polyethylene glycol, you’re in trouble. Those are petrochemicals. Make no mistake about it. You want natural foods for healthy skin that are free of chemical additives and you want natural skincare products that are free of artificial preservatives, added fragrances and petrochemicals. If you get what you want, you’ll look better and feel better, too. You can learn more insights by visiting my web site and discovering more natural ingredients I personally use daily.br

Lots of people everywhere are searching how to get clear skin. Im so sick of seeing the same bad information plastered all over the internet. To treat your acne properly, you need to have the right information.

For instance, time and time again if you do a search for acne, youll find website after website saying you should clean your face twice a day. This extremely bad information has been repeated so many times that people just automatically assume thats what you need to do to get clear.

First of all, acne has nothing to do with dirt on your face. It doesnt matter if you wash your face a thousand times a day; youll still have breakouts. If you actually want to irritate your skin and increase your chance of breaking out, then by all means, wash your skin often. How to get clear skin definitely doesnt lie down this path! Avoid washing your skin and definitely stop scrubbing unless you just want to see more breakouts start happening.

Secondly, the fact that there is a link between diet and acne has been vehemently denied. As I said before, this information gets passed around so often that everyone just assumes that its true. In the US, there was only a cursory (at best) study of the affect that diet has on acne and since that cursory study, everyone preaches there are no connections between the two.

The simple fact of the matter is that our diets do play a very large role in our breakouts. Other than the study I already mentioned, nothing long term or concrete has been conducted on Americans since. However, there have been several studies of other cultures such as the Ache, Kitavan, Inuit and Brazilian people. The results are quite shocking and show that diet can play a huge part in how to get clear skin.

Why is this? What researchers found out was that every culture they studied didnt have a single recorded case of acne whatsoever and in those cultures; none of them ate processed foods at all. Furthermore, other studies were done on the Inuit people as they progressed from a hunter gather society to a more modern and western style society. Before switching to a new diet, there was not a single case of acne. Acne breakouts began happening quite frequently soon after they began eating a western style diet.Clearly we can see that there is a connection between the two. Getting clear skin has nothing to do with how clean or dirty you are.

How about chemicals to treat acne? If theres a connection between your diet and acne, how come the drug companies keep making these treatments like Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid? Arent these good for clear skin?

Just like before, the answer is a big, fat no. Chemical treatments will never be a good way for how to get clear skin. It doesnt matter how mild they claim to be; all of them are still extremely harsh for our skin. To top it off, theyll never be able to treat the real acne problems that start inside of us. Excess oil and bacteria may be the outside causes of acne, but if we cure the internal problem, those will disappear and youll have clear, smooth skin.

Also, these treatments often times can make us break out more than before, convincing us to purchase more products to deal with the new breakouts. The drug companies arent interested in cures; they are interested in money. Proactiv alone makes roughly a billion dollars a year. Do you think they want to get rid of their paychecks? No way in heck!

But it has gotten really annoying to keep seeing the same useless drivel pop up all over the internet. I want to give you the best information available on how to get clear skin so you can finally stop worrying about how you look.

For many years, network marketing opportunities have been proven to be a legitimate way for entrepreneurs to start their own business and earn profit. Companies such as ACN, Avon, Mary Kay, AmWay and a host of others market their products/services through a network of independent representatives who have face-to-face contact with consumers. Word of mouth promotion has always been incredibly powerful and is more often than not the best way to move goods and services. Unfortunately, there have been businesses of this type that turned out to be nothing more than pyramid schemes whereby commissions would be paid to top tier representatives when new recruits were added to their downline, even if no product or service was being purchased. In those cases, lower level distributors would spend money on their franchise fee yet not be able to recoup their investment due to an unreliable/low grade product or service, that they couldnt find customers for. These MLMs were illegal and tarnished an otherwise honourable business models reputation. In MLM, as with any kind of sales or marketing, you must believe in what you are selling. Never get behind a product/service without first finding out if it is legit, and never fall for schemes selling products/services/business opportunities that make impossible promises. For example, beware of miracle products that promise instant results for wealth, weight loss, acne treatment, muscle/energy building, eternal youth, etc. Try out the products or speak to reliable sources that have. Corporate testimonials will obviously be biased (even if completely true), so it is wise to do your own research to validate the claims. Ask yourself if people will really buy what you are marketing, and if it is reasonably priced. Make sure that the MLM you are joining only pays commissions when merchandise is actually moved, not just when new recruits sign up. Selling a theoretical business opportunity is illegal. It must be proven that the companys wares are legitimate and are being distributed in order for revenue to be generated from which commissions can then be paid out. Take the time to understand the federal/regional regulations and consumer rights as well. Make sure that there are no complaints against the company with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and/or Consumer Protection Agency. Also, watch out for companies that promise big earnings and instant success. If something sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. Stay away from any franchise opportunity that requires representatives to purchase a large amount of inventory to get started. With the many options available, along with the general stigma that has for the most part wrongly been associated with network marketing, people may have difficulty deciding which MLM businesses are legitimate and which are not. The easiest way to gather as much information as possible before making any commitment would be to talk to people you trust who are, or have been in network marketing. If you dont know any such people, you should visit various companies websites to see what they are about. Visit online forums to hear what others have to say about their experiences. Watch out for recruiters, both online and offline. These people will be eager to find distributors because they are getting paid to do so. They will always paint an over hyped, rosy picture of their business. Avoid these phonies at all cost! Before signing on the dotted line, make sure you are comfortable with the expectations of the company. Remember that part of the job with network marketing companies will involve working with others one-on-one, as well as having to push a product/service/business opportunity in various settings. Therefore, marketers need to keep in mind that there will be some pressure from the company to meet the minimum sales requirements and to make commissions. Take the time to read over your contract and never sign on the dotted line under pressure. If you can, talk to other MLM distributors and ask them about what to expect in the work and how they manage their time and energy. In recent decades, MLM has gotten a bad reputation due to several dishonest companies and unfortunate incidents. One has to keep in mind though, that no industry is immune to this and network marketing is no different, and no worse. Also, quite a few people who joined network marketing companies and did absolutely no work, while expecting to magically become rich have gone around unfairly trashing the business. This still happens and should never cloud your judgement. On the flipside many people have made a reasonable income in legitimate multi level marketing firms. The key is to find a good product/service with a company that is nationally known and reliable. Once you have a winner, it will only be a matter of hard work, time, and patience before your franchise is a winner as well. Do you remember scoffing at your Grandma for suggesting biting on a clove for a bad toothache or taking steam inhalations with eucalyptus oil to relieve a bad cold? We often tend to ignore natural home therapies which are easily available. Its so convenient to take a pill to relieve that nasty headache; more so out of habit, without realizing the potential long term ill effects or possible side-effects of chemical constituents in tablets.

What do Home Remedies Mean?

Home remedies are quick fix remedies made from natural ingredients such as herbs, spices and foods commonly found in your kitchen. Adopting home remedies would also mean a lifestyle change which incorporates regular exercise, yoga, ayurveda tips, homeopathy, nutrition and dietary changes, massage therapy, using aromatherapy essential oils and more. The idea is to suggest all natural ways to improve health and fitness with convenience and ease.

Here are Top 3 reasons why you want to try natural cures for common ailments:

Natural: There are no potential side effects unless you are specifically allergic to something.
Convenient: They can be put together quickly from easily available OTC (over-the-counter) products or found in your very own kitchen from natural ingredients.
Affordable: These low cost remedies are cheap and save you from high medical costs and doctor fees.

Natural remedies can be used to treat common health problems with correct knowledge and use of alternative therapies. Home remedies for illnesses help to boost your and your childs immunity and help in early recovery from ailments. You can use natural cures to deal with everyday problems such as a fever, acne and pimples, aches and pains, dandruff, cough and cold, boils, dry hair, diaper rash, toenail fungus or more chronic health issues like urinary tract infection (UTI), dark underarms, double pneumonia. You are most likely to get partial or even complete relief from your symptoms. The only downside of using home remedies for treating your illness could be that it is time consuming and may or may not give instant relief.

Trying a new product on your skin? You use it for 2 days and decide that it is not working. You were expecting beautiful results overnight. Lets be realistic, that does not happen. We all want that jar of cream that gives us beautiful, flawless, porcelain skin, or the perfect canvas to show our beauty. What about those purple spots on the face from picking at our pimples. If you pick at your face, it will not be healed unless you do something positive to help your skin.

The most important thing to remember, is that it took your skin some time to get in this shape. It is going to take time to make it right again. Purple spots do not just disappear. They have to slowly fade. The same with blemishes. They are under the skin. You have to kill the bacteria and heal what is causing your skin breakout.

Anti Aging is another story. We all spent time out in the sun without our sunscreen. Maybe we smoke, or are under stress. All of these will add to the aging process. You still go to bed with make up on the face, just as you always have. You are too tired to clean and nourish the skin before you retire. This has to stop.

Remember everything that you have ever done to your skin in your youth, starts showing up as you get older. I find the early 40s your skin goes through some major changes. You must be ready to nurture your skin before you arrive at that age. If you are 40 and older, dont worry, it is never too late to start.

Working with people online for 14 years, I know how quickly people want results. I support my customers while they are going through the process of changing their skin. If they tell me they do not like a product, I make sure they are using it properly. Most of the time they are not. If a customer is having some type of issue with their skin, we work on it together until we achieve the results we want.

Yes, sometimes a products does not work for you. You must give it a chance to see if it is right for your skin, and then you can change. If you have breakouts, you have to understand that the skin must be healed below the surface of the skin. Your skin might purge or bring up the bad stuff under the skin to make you break out. Once the skin purges, then you have the opportunity to heal it with the right products.

Once you are ready for healing, it is best to go slowly. Try one product at a time. If you are trying a new skin care line, you cannot add 5 new products in one day and expect a miracle. Introduce each product slowly, and see the results it is having on your skin. That way, if there is a problem, you know what is causing it.

Many times it is necessary to back off a few days and then start again. Your skin might be sensitive at first until it has acclimated to the new products. Try your new product for a few days. If you see a reaction, stop until your skin calms down. Then go back slowly once a day until you see the results you are looking for.

Our skin needs to be treated gently. There are so many wonderful products to help us through whatever issue we might have. It is a wonderful time for skin care. There is an answer for every problem. We just have to find the right answer…… patiently.

QAlthough Im a vegetarian, Im on statin drugs because I had a very high cholesterol level. When I started a year ago, my face was totally unlined. Now my cholesterol level is right down but my cheeks have lost their fullness and wrinkles have set in. Do statins affect collagen? And is there anything you can suggest?

AFats are essential for our bodies. They provide us with an energy source, form the raw material for hormones, constitute cell membrane, act as insulation against heat loss, give contours, protect heart, kidneys, intestines and other organs from physical shock, and help to fix organs in the chest and abdomen. Fats dissolve fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, which are important for keeping the skin firm and for lubricating joints; fats are also essential for eyesight, to fortify bones, regulate hormones and control the blood clotting system. So theyre not all bad!

Cholesterol is an important fat: it is needed for cell growth and cellular division, and the maintenance of cell membrane. Its involved in the functioning of oestrogen, testosterone, the corticosteroid hormones produced by the adrenal glands, and cortisol, which controls calcium absorption.

Cholesterol is also important for the digestive process, as bile salts are derived from it.

Cholesterol is either absorbed from your diet (particularly egg yolks, cream and meat) or synthesised by the liver. Usually genetic factors keep cholesterol within acceptable bounds. So if you have a high cholesterol level, controlling your dietary sources may not be enough to lower it.

Because high cholesterol levels lead to an increased risk of heart and/or vascular disease, doctors prescribed statins to reduce them. Statins have many side effects, from tingling in the body to skin sagging problems, as in your case. They dont affect collagen but I think your problem is due to the drugs. Cholesterol is vital for sealing moisture into the skin and the elasticity of skin depends on it. The fat layer under the skin makes the surface smooth; the drugs have flushed that out, so wrinkles have appeared.

Vegetarians are often deficient in the fat-soluble vitamins Ive listed above.

Vitamin E particularly helps skin texture and the lack of it can contribute to wrinkling.

Now that your cholesterol level is down, I suggest you ask your doctor if its possible to reduce your dosage of statins. He or she may agree if you undertake to do everything you can to control your cholesterol level naturally. (Always let your doctor know about other measures that you are taking.) . Eat lots of fresh non-citrus fruit and vegetables, oats and garlic; drink fresh pomegranate juice and make a daily infusion of one teaspoonful of fenugreek seeds in a mug of boiling water, leave to soak for ten minutes or more, then strain and drink.

. Exclude fried food, peanut butter, nuts and seeds, avocado, crisps, cakes, biscuits, coconut milk and (for non-vegetarians) cream, ice cream, cheese, butter, curries.

. Dont snack on oily, fatty and/or processed foods. Take care to make energising, balanced meals. If you can include grilled fish and chicken, it will help you not to snack.

. If you eat bread, oatcakes, rice cakes or crispbread, top them with a little manuka honey or pure fruit preserves instead of butter or cheese.

. You must get out every day for at least 30 to 60 minutes in the fresh air, and do moderate exercise you enjoy. Yoga is always helpful: I recommend therapeutic Iyengar yoga.

. Take Bioenergy (Biotique, Pounds 12 for 120 tablets) or Ashwagandha (Himalaya, Pounds 10 for 60 capsules): one twice daily, to help keep cholesterol levels balanced, especially if you are trying to come off the statins.

Here are my suggestions Diet Supplements For your skin . In the morning, massage Saffron Dew Youth Cream (Biotique, Pounds 8 for 65g) upwards into the skin. Massage for five minutes each day for a month, then twice a week until the skin texture improves.

. At bedtime, massage pure almond oil into your face for five minutes. Wipe any excess away using a towel dipped into hot water with a few drops of fresh lime in it.

. Buy an aloe vera plant and cut off a quarter-inch piece of the leaf, then squeeze out the sticky juice and apply it to your skin. This is the best treatment you can put on your face, either to tone and moisturise or to treat acne, eczema or any skin rash.

Exercise . Take aloe vera capsules (Vega, Pounds 7 for 60): one twice daily for three months.br

At times it can seem as though the airwaves (especially late at night) are saturated
with commercials touting the latest cure for hair loss. Some of the most ubiquitous
advertisements are for hair transplant surgery. Many are familiar with the Hair Club
For Mens famous tagline: Im not just the president, Im also a client.
(Incidentally, the company is now named Hairclub to indicate its wider focus on
the hair restoration needs of men, women and children.)
Hair transplantation surgery is a controversial business. In 1996, Bosley Medical
Group settled a lawsuit leveled against it by the district attorney of Los Angeles for
nearly $650,000. The attorney general alleged that the company had engaged in
dishonest and harmful advertising about its services. Specifically, the attorney
general said that before and after photos of hair restoration surgery were
misleading and that the amount of pain the procedures caused was minimized.
Despite these allegations, Bosley Medical Group continued to attract clients. And, in
August 2001, the firm was sold to the Aderans Group, a Japanese wig manufacturer,
for $45 million.
How can we explain consumers continued uptake of hair transplant surgery,
despite the risks and uncertain results associated with the procedure? The success
of the hair restoration business can be partially attributed to the power of emotional
branding.
Continue reading for an overview of emotional branding, an analysis of how it drives
hair replacement surgery sales and how pharmaceutical companies have employed it
in product advertising. The final section provides guidance on how you can utilize
emotional branding to boost uptake of your products and services.
Emotional Branding: What Is It?
Emotional branding refers to marketing communications activities that seek to
connect a brand to specific consumer feelings and emotions. Marketing expert Marc
Gobe has suggested that successful emotional branding brings a new level of
credibility and personality to a brand by connecting powerfully with people at a
personal and holistic level. Gobe cites Ben Jerrys, Nike and MTV as a few of the
brands that have successfully identified their customers most basic needs and
moved to satisfy them.
Emotional Branding and Hair Replacement Surgery
Drs. James Harris and Emmanuel Marritt, authors of The Hair Replacement
Revolution, have asserted that men unconsciously associate hair loss with death.
Specifically: Loss of hair = Loss of youth = Inevitable aging = Death.
The powerful emotions associated with hair loss are significant drivers of behavior.
Hair replacement surgery marketers have learned to leverage these emotions. Their
advertisements suggest that hair restoration surgery is a safe, highly effective
procedure that can forestall death. This brand of emotional marketing speaks to
the most basic of human desires: long life and prolonged physical attractiveness.
The emotional branding associated with hair transplant surgery has driven sales of
procedures despite their expense, uncertain results and safety concerns. It appears
that the procedures ability to mask the appearance of aging is enough to convince
people to undergo it – in spite of the risks.
Emotional Branding and the Pharmaceutical Industry
While the hair transplant industry has successfully utilized the power of emotional
branding, pharmaceutical companies have had mixed results with this marketing
tactic.
Traditionally, pharmaceutical marketers have sought to differentiate medications
according to their functional attributes. For example, Kos Pharmaceuticals has
differentiated its cholesterol medication, Niaspan, by focusing on the fact that it
significantly raises good or HDL cholesterol. Other cholesterol medications like
Lipitor primarily lower bad or LDL cholesterol.
Since 1997, pharmaceutical companies have increasingly used DTC (direct-to-
consumer) advertising to tout the emotional benefits of their medications to
patients. Some of these benefits include increased vitality and mobility (anti-pain
medication Vioxx), freedom (allergy medication Claritin) and empowerment (acne
medication Differin).
The pharmaceutical industry has been roundly criticized for its advertising efforts.
Critics have suggested that DTC advertisements have boosted sales of expensive
drugs. In addition, they have noted that some heavily advertised medications have
been proven unsafe. Commercials for Vioxx, which Merck removed from the market
in 2004, have been cited as an especially egregious example of irresponsible
pharmaceutical marketing.
Pharmaceutical marketers have responded to calls for more responsible DTC
advertising. In August 2005, the Pharmaceutical Researchers and Manufacturers
Association (PhRMA) announced new industry guidelines. A key objective of the
recommendations is to educate patients more effectively about the benefits and
risks of medications.
These developments have prompted significant changes in the tone and tenor of
recent pharmaceutical advertisements. In general, advertisements have begun to
feature physicians and other health care professionals more prominently. In
addition, some commercials have focused more on increasing consumer awareness
of a disease state than promoting a specific product.
This adjustment in advertising strategy can be viewed as another form of emotional
branding. With the headlines filled with news about product withdrawals and
lawsuits, the industry has concluded that people want reassurance. The primary
emotion that the new advertisements convey is security. Manufacturers want people
to feel comfortable about taking a medication. One way to do this is to ensure that
information about the risks and benefits of medications is clearly communicated.
Emotional Branding and You
Organizations of all types can benefit from emotional branding. The more people
associate a product or service with a positive emotion, the more willing they will be
to rely on it. For example, after the tsunami and Hurricane Katrina, the American
Red Cross received the vast majority of donations. People may have felt secure
supporting the Red Crosss efforts because they trusted it. They believed that the
organization would deliver what it promised.
However, recent developments indicate that the Red Crosss brand reputation is at
serious risk. In December 2005, Congress began investigating allegations that the
organization was slow to respond to Katrina and provided uneven service —
especially to African Americans. It will be critical for the Red Cross to quickly
address the concerns of its constituents and Congress to maintain its position as
one of Americas preeminent service organizations.
Following are some ways to strengthen the emotional quotient of a brand and reap
the benefits of emotional branding.
* Focus On The Customer: Customers respond well to brands that establish
partnerships based on mutual respect. Organizations should respect customers
boundaries and respond to their needs.
* Fulfill The Customers Desires: Try to associate your product or service with a
customers desires rather than needs. For example, a customer needs a car to get
from point A to point B. However, they may desire a car that will make
them feel different, flattered or important. To be more successful, fulfill your
customers desires.
* Be Trustworthy: Deliver on your brand promise: Be what you say, and say what
you mean. This builds trust and trust drives uptake.
* Build A Relationship: Customers like to feel that those they are dealing with care
and respond to their needs and desires – both stated and unstated.
Emotional branding is a powerful and useful tool. When applied correctly, it can
boost uptake of your products and services and help you establish a stronger bond
with your customers.

What Really Makes You Tick? 10 questions you should ask to yourself: a preparation to self-improvement

I often see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, but of course its hard to think of anything else when where are real issues to be discussed.

Still I aspire for something deeper and more meaningful.

So were all pelted with problems. Honestly it shouldnt even bother or even hinder us to becoming all we ought to be. Aspirations as kids should continue to live within us, even though it would be short-lived or as long as we could hold on to the dream. They say you cant teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?

1. What do I really want?
The question of the ages. So many things you want to do with your life and so little time to even go about during the day.

Find something that you are good at can help realize that small step towards improvement. Diligence is the key to know that it is worth it.

2. Should I really change?
Todays generation has taken another level of redefining self, or at least thats what the kids are saying. Having an army of teenage nieces and nephews has taught me that there are far worse things that they could have had than acne or maybe even promiscuity. So how does that fit into your lifestyle?

If history has taught us one thing, its the life that we have gone through. Try to see if partying Seventies style wouldnt appeal to the younger generation, but dancing is part of partying. Watch them applaud after showing them how to really dance than break their bones in break-dancing.

3. Whats the bright side in all of this?
With so much is happening around us there seem to be no room for even considering that light at the end of the tunnel. We can still see it as something positive without undergoing so much scrutiny. And if its a train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a ride and see what makes the world go round!

4. Am I comfortable with what Im doing?
Theres always the easy way and the right way when it comes to deciding what goes with which shoes, or purse, shirt and whatnot. It doesnt take a genius to see yourself as someone unique, or else well all be equally the same in everything we do. Variety brings in very interesting and exciting questions to be experimented.

5. Have I done enough for myself?
Have you, or is there something more you want to do? Discontentment in every aspect can be dangerous in large doses, but in small amounts youll be able to see and do stuff you could never imagine doing.

6. Am I happy at where I am today?
Its an unfair question so let it be an answer! You love being a good and loving mom or dad to your kids, then take it up a notch! Your kids will love you forever. The same goes with everyday life!

7. Am I appealing to the opposite sex?
So maybe I dont have an answer to that, but that doesnt mean I cant try it, though. Whether you shape-up, change the way you wear your clothes or hair, or even your attitude towards people, you should always remember it will always be for your own benefit.

8. How much could I have?
I suppose in this case there is no such things on having things too much or too little, but its more on how badly you really need it. Id like to have lots of money, no denying that, but the question is that how much are you willing to work for it?

9. What motivates me?
What motivates you? Its an answer you have to find out for yourself. There are so many things that can make everyone happy, but to choose one of the may be the hardest part. Its not like you cant have one serving of your favorite food in a buffet and thats it. Just try it piece by piece.

10. What Really Makes You Tick?
So? What really makes you tick? You can be just about anything you always wanted to be, but to realize that attaining something that may seem very difficult is already giving up before you even start that journey. If you automatically think that the best selling body moisturizers are the best ones on the market, then you probably arent having much success with what you purchase. This article explains why this is and also provides you with some useful tips for finding the best skin moisturizer.

In most cases, the best selling body moisturizers are most popular because of the marketing and advertising campaigns of the company who makes them. Some skin care companies spend MILLIONS of dollars EACH YEAR to promote and advertise their products and brand name.

The more that these companies advertise, the more people that become aware of them. Then next time they go to the store, they are more likely to buy their product if they see it. These are the brands that generally have the best selling body moisturizers.

As a matter of fact, did you know that the more advertised a brand is the more likely it is that they produce poorly-designed products? Its true- many companies start to rely so much on their advertising that they spend less time developing and designing their products.

So next time you think that the best selling body moisturizer is the best skin moisturizer available, then you may want to take a closer look at what youre getting.

The key to finding the best skin moisturizer is looking at the ingredient list of a product. Generally, the ingredients used in the highest concentrations are listed first. But its a rule that any type of substance consider a drug must be listed first (after water and the other base ingredients).

Surprisingly, the cheapest and best selling body moisturizers contain many ingredients that are BAD for your skin. Mineral oils, for example, are used in many skin care products to coat the skin and keep in moisture. But they actually clog your pores and stop your skin from removing harmful toxins from inside your body. They also strip the natural oils from your skin and cause premature aging and acne flareups.

The best skin moisturizer will be made with all natural and organic ingredients. Sure, these products may be a bit more expensive. But its results that you want, right?

Did you know that your colon can contain up to 25 pounds of undigested food, slime, foul and putrefied fecal matter trapped in your intestinal tract? This is definitely not good. Can you imagine what all the amount of toxins is doing to your health? Do you suffer from such diseases like acne, bad breath, constipation, digestive problems, allergies, skin problems, etc? During any type of colon cleansing program you should eat more fiber foods. All vegetables, fruits, and nuts are great. If possible juice fasting is the better route. And remember to do everything in your power to avoid non-fiber foods including red meat, most restaurant dishes, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, hamburgers, pork, canned meats, sardines, bologna, meat extenders, all fast food, roman noodles to name a few.

Another thing a lot of people dont do and that is exercise. Exercise is absolutely necessary when following a colon cleansing program because it stimulates your bowels. Besides, water is a must, as well. To stimulate the natural peristaltic action, a person should drink half of his or her weight in ounces of pure non-carbonated water.
