But in fact science has shown that this is true at all. And you can help keep your skin clean by washing your face morning and night with a makeover of preventing acne. Staying in good overall health will also help, so eating a nutritious diet and adequate rest and exercise. Not only will you be free of acne, but you will feel better, feel more energetic, and enjoy a long and healthy life.
